The monthly card is a 1-month membership, granting access to climbing between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM (those under 18 can only climb during opening hours). Access outside of opening hours requires a key tag, which can be obtained from customer service during opening hours. For more information, please contact customer service.
Your membership card is a mobile app that allows you to conveniently add more time when your current membership expires. Download the Väki app from the App Store or Google Play Store to see your annual membership's validity period. Always press the "Climb" button when entering through the cashier. Alternatively, your key fob will record your entry through the back door.
The card is personal and becomes valid upon purchase. The card cannot be paused or transferred to another person. Promotional cards are limited to one per person.
